Terms of service

Straightforward terms for responsible use of RevStride.

These terms govern access to and use of RevStride and are effective September 12, 2026. By using the service, you agree to them on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.

01 · Service

The service

RevStride provides CRM workflows that can connect to selected Google Sheets. Features may include mapping, synchronization, lead management, contact management, opportunity pipelines, tasks, activities, reporting, and workspace administration.

02 · Authorized use

Accounts and authorized use

You must be authorized to use the workspace and to connect, read, or modify any Google Sheet you select. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, for activities performed through your access, and for promptly reporting suspected unauthorized use.

You may not use RevStride to violate law, infringe another person’s rights, introduce malicious code, probe or disrupt the service, bypass access controls, or process information you do not have permission to handle.

03 · Data

Customer data and Google Sheets

You retain responsibility for the data in your workspace and connected Sheets. You grant RevStride permission to process that data only as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and support the service.

RevStride does not claim ownership of your Google Sheet. Disconnecting RevStride does not modify the Sheet itself. Removing a source or resetting the CRM affects RevStride records as described in the Privacy Policy.

04 · Availability

Changes, availability, and third-party services

The service may evolve, and features may be changed, suspended, or discontinued. RevStride depends on third-party services including Google and Cloudflare; their outages, policy changes, or account restrictions may affect availability. Reasonable efforts are made to operate the service reliably, but uninterrupted or error-free access is not guaranteed.

05 · Security

Confidentiality and security

Each party must use reasonable care to protect confidential information received from the other. You are responsible for choosing appropriate data for RevStride and for meeting any industry-specific, contractual, or regulatory obligations that apply to your organization.

06 · Legal terms

Warranties and liability

To the extent permitted by law, RevStride is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. RevStride is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity.

These limits do not apply where prohibited by law. If a separate signed agreement governs your organization’s use of RevStride, that agreement controls where it conflicts with these terms.

07 · Ending use

Suspension, termination, and changes

Access may be suspended or terminated when necessary to protect the service, comply with law, address misuse, or enforce an applicable agreement. You may stop using RevStride and disconnect Google at any time.

These terms may be updated as the service changes. Continued use after updated terms become effective constitutes acceptance. Questions can be sent to the support contact listed on the Google authorization screen or raised with the administrator who provided your workspace access.
