01 · Information
Information we handle
- Account and access information: verified identity details supplied by the access provider, such as name and email address, plus workspace role and membership.
- Google authorization information: an encrypted OAuth refresh token, the permissions Google granted, and connection status. Google client secrets and refresh tokens remain server-side.
- Selected Sheet information: spreadsheet and tab identifiers, headers, field mappings, mapped row data, synchronization state, and operational metadata needed to detect and reconcile changes.
- CRM information: contacts, leads, companies, opportunities, tasks, notes, activities, settings, saved views, and custom fields created or materialized in a workspace.
- Service information: security, error, and performance records needed to protect, diagnose, and operate the service.
02 · Use
How information is used
RevStride uses this information to authenticate authorized users, connect selected Sheets, map and synchronize records, provide CRM workflows, preserve workspace configuration, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, and improve service reliability.
RevStride does not sell Google user data or CRM data, use it for personalized advertising, or use connected Sheet content to train a general-purpose artificial intelligence model.
03 · Google API data
Google API data
RevStride uses Google authorization only to work with Sheets selected for a workspace. Depending on the enabled workflow, this includes reading row-one headers and mapped rows, receiving change notifications, and writing mapped updates back to the selected Sheet.
RevStride handles information received from Google APIs in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
04 · Storage and sharing
Storage, security, and sharing
RevStride stores its operational database and encrypted Google credentials on managed Cloudflare infrastructure. Access to the CRM is restricted through authentication and workspace roles. Data is encrypted in transit, and Google refresh tokens are encrypted before storage.
Information may be processed by infrastructure providers that are necessary to host, secure, and operate RevStride, and by Google when RevStride reads or updates a selected Sheet. Information may also be disclosed when legally required or when necessary to protect the service and its users. It is not shared with data brokers or advertising networks.
05 · Retention and control
Retention and user controls
- Disconnect Google: removes the stored Google credential and pauses synchronization. Existing RevStride records are preserved so the workspace does not lose its operating history.
- Remove a data source: detaches the Sheet and removes its imported leads and contacts. Converted opportunities and activity history are preserved for business continuity.
- Reset CRM data: the workspace owner can permanently remove connected sources and operational CRM records through workspace settings. This does not alter the original Google Sheet.
- Google controls: users can also revoke RevStride from their Google Account permissions.
Other records are retained while needed to operate the workspace, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, or maintain security. An authorized workspace administrator can request access, correction, export, or deletion through the support contact shown on RevStride’s Google authorization screen.
06 · Changes
Policy changes and questions
RevStride may update this policy as the service changes. The effective date above will be revised when a material update is published. Privacy questions can be sent to the support contact listed on the Google authorization screen or raised with the administrator who provided access to your RevStride workspace.
